Unit/Roommate Details:

• 1 CAT WILL BE LIVING IN UNIT WITH AN EXISTING MEMBER OF ORIGINAL LEASE (I typically am allergic, but was not to this particular cat)

-FULL-SIZE BATHROOM SHARED BETWEEN 3 ROOMS (two other roomates will be living in the unit, one is a 24-year old girl, and other is undecided/pending

-IN-BUILDING LAUNDRY

-BEDROOM FURNISHED WITH QUEEN SIZED BED AND WRITING DESK

-POSSIBLE OPTION TO RENEW LEASE AT THE END OF AUGUST DEPENDING ON LANDLORD DISCRETION

Sublet agreement will be agreed to and signed between myself and subletter exclusively, and separate from other tenant’s lease
