Street parking only, street cleaning on Thursdays & Fridays. Laundry is located inside of the complex. The rental price includes electricity and internet. (We have 900 Mbps internet). Must be able to pass a credit and background check. Our current roommate is planning on being gone by 12/1 so that would be the move in date.

The apartment complex does not allow additional people or pets on our lease. We are both big comic book geeks, we love Marvel, Sci-fi, video games, and anime.
