The house has been newly renovated and is great condition. The house is over 1,900 sf with a big kitchen and two living areas, there is plenty of room to hang out. It has a good size yard and is about an 8 minute drive to the beach. House has a 2 car garage and washer and dryer in house. Utilities are included in rent. No pets or smoking are allowed. No couples.

Single bedroom comes unfurnished and can easily fit a queen bed with room for a dresser and a desk. It has its own closet, and shares a bathroom with 2 other guys. Rent for this bedroom is $1,200 with utilities included.

Looking to have someone move in by April 1st. Deposit and first month rent due prior to move-in. Background check, employment verification and proof of income will be required.

The vibe of the house is mellow and has plenty of space to keep to yourself or hang. The TV usually is playing baseball or football. There’s no drug use or partying going on.
