For anyone interested in a fully furnished bedroom in a 1,600 sqft house next to North Hills concert & night life scene, please keep reading. I am open to month-to-month or medium-term stays.

I have a spare bedroom available upstairs. You would have exclusive access to the upstairs guest bathroom, except when visitors are over.

The house is fully furnished, and rent includes utilities and a monthly cleaning service.

The property is <1 mile from North Hills and all of its dining, entertainment, shopping, night life, etc.

I currently live alone, working remotely from the downstairs office full-time. I work in Business Intelligence with Big Data in a cloud environment, improving data quality, reports, and dashboards.

I am a 27 year old male involved in various academic, athletic, political, and other social organizations around RDU. Some hobbies include: cycling, snow boarding, disc golf, volleyball, book clubs, theater patronage, and board games. I throw occasional get togethers with friends throughout the year.
