I am looking for one roommate to fill one available bedroom in a multi-story 2 bedroom apartment one block from the beach in Asbury Park. The available room is spacious with large closets, multiple storage areas, and a nice view of the ocean. The rest of the apartment includes a washer/dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen with all amenities (oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) and plenty of counter space. We have a cozy living room with an amazing balcony overlooking Sunset Lake and the ocean in the distance. We also have a small front porch, a backyard perfect for BBQ’s and small gatherings, and adequate basement storage space. The neighborhood is super safe and well-lit with street parking. We are two houses down from The Asbury and Asbury Lanes is a stone’s throw from our backyard. This is probably the best spot in Asbury Park. Lots of young people in the area. The unit is totally worth the price.

Lease runs from April 1, 2023 to April 1, 2024. Security deposit is $1,400. Utilities not included but average out to $80-100/month. Credit report and background check likely required. I am very quiet and respectful with a long history of living with different types of roommates. I do not smoke nor do drugs. Clean background. Super reliable and always on time with bills. I have an adult dog who is very obedient, rarely barks, and gets along with all people and animals. I am looking for a like-minded person.
