Hi all!! My name is Ashlee, I am 21 yrs old. I have a bedroom opening up in my 2bed 1bath apartment in Redmond! Newer apartment complex, super spacious. Private bedroom with a great view and decent size closet. Shared bathroom with tons of storage. Big living room and kitchen. In unit laundry. Balcony with a great view as well. I have 2 dogs so no more pets allowed. (Golden Retriever and border collie) $980/ mo + split utilities, WiFi, and shared household expenses. (Comes out to about $1,080/mo on average) total rent is $1,980 but I have the bigger bedroom.
About the roomies
A bit about me: I moved here from Idaho in April of ‘22. I work full-time in Bend. I rarely have people over. I’m pretty laid back and gone most of the time. I am clean and quiet. LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly (not in unit) I’m cool with keeping to ourselves or hanging out with each other.
What I am looking for: I’m looking for a roommate that is similar to myself. Clean, quiet, female between 20 and 35 yrs old. Works full time, etc. okay with dog hair lol😉 My room is opening on March 26th so I am looking to have something in place beforehand. Must be approved through the complex. $250 security deposit.
