Shannon's room

The property is a recently updated house in Old Brooklyn. The space available includes bedroom, private living area, private bath, private entrance and extra storage space. The space is bigger than it looks in the photos. Kitchen and laundry are shared with the homeowner. There is a decent sized backyard and a two car garage.

I am a grad student at CSU and also work full time. I am fairly quiet and prefer the house to be fairly tidy. For fun I enjoy reading, sewing, gardening, and binge watching netflix. I have one cat who is friendly with people but does not get along with other animals.
