Located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to shopping, parks and restaurants. Renter will have use of the kitchen and laundry room. No pets or smoking. Monthly cleaning service, utilities and WiFi included. Will start with a 3 month rent and extend if we are compatible. Photos will be posted after updates are completed.

I’m a retired, English speaking, single healthy woman. I am very neat and love my house. I exercise, walk and read for fun. I enjoy a cocktail in the evening on my patio and spending time with my daughters. I am on roomies for the extra income a renter will provide.
