You will get the smaller bedroom of the two, but it is a decent size. You have a Window & a decently sized closet. The doors to the closet are mirrors, so you don’t have to worry about bringing a mirror. You will also have your own linen closet right outside of your room. I have a big couch and a loveseat in the living room that we can share. The bathroom is a decent size, but we share that. The kitchen has a newer stove, a refrigerator, dishwasher, lots of cabinets, and comes with a big pantry that you can store food or use some of it for storage. The maintenance is usually pretty fast at fixing problems. You will get your own key to the apartment. We share a laundry card and the washers and dryers are on the floor right above us so its not too much of a hassle. Your half of rent will be around $470, which includes all utilities other than electric. We would split electric (about $50 per month), internet (about $60 per months), and you would need renters insurance yourself (about $20 per month).

I will be the only one living with you. I love cats, music, going out on an adventure, and coffee. I do work two jobs, and I am a full time student at Youngstown State University. I have a long-distance boyfriend, so you may hear me talk to him on the phone from time to time. I would like to consider myself a fairly clean person, and I want someone that is willing to take their part in helping me keep the place clean. I will keep to myself in my room if you aren’t super social, otherwise id love to be your friend and get to know you!
