Looking for a roommate in a beautiful home with a giant backyard in a friendly community neighborhood. Queer friendly home. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage, 2 fridges, remodeled kitchen, and gigantic backyard with a full garden. The upstairs bedroom is available. The neighbors are really friendly and often sit together to chat or watch sports games outside. Also, we LOVE the homeowners – very responsive and friendly.

Move-in Date: Flexible. Looking for someone to move in some time between March 1 and May 1, but earlier move in dates will be given priority. Price: $875/month + 1/3 utilities; + $875 refundable deposit upon move in/ move out.

Leasing Options: Month to month room rental available, or open to 1 year lease. Overall lease available until July 15, 2024.

Location: Between Trader Joe’s and La Creperie

Furnished: Your room can come furnished or unfurnished - whichever you prefer (reflected in initial cost).

We can schedule a showing ASAP.

Currently 2 occupants: 27 (they/them) and 22(he/him). Also, there is one dog, Juniper, who does not shed. We like common spaces to be clutter-free and weekly cleaned. We enjoy having friends over for gatherings and board games, but tend to be really conscious of each other’s workload and quiet time needs.

The homeowner is not allowing any additional pets at this time.
