Hello, I’m a female working professional and student in 20s. I work in the area and like to keep the apartment quiet and clean, and prefer someone who will be respectful of the space. I’m looking for a female to take over the rent of the master bedroom, which comes with a private bathroom and private 1 car garage in Newport Beach, CA. A female student or working professional is preferred. Preferred age range is 20s-30s. The space is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. There is a shared living room, kitchen, and balcony as well as a washer and dryer in-unit. The living room and rest of the apartment are furnished but the master bedroom is not. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, clubhouse, and computer room. There are also walkways and bike trails connected to the bay. The complex is located less than 1.1 miles from University of California Irvine, 1.9 miles from John Wayne Airport, and 2.4 miles from Fashion Island. Rent for the master bedroom, bath, and garage is $2100 monthly, not including utilities. The current lease expires in mid-August of this year.

I work in the area and love to spend time enjoying the beach with friends and family. When I’m not working, I’m typically studying, or out with friends. I enjoy trying new dinner places, fitness and nutrition, wine tasting, and traveling. I’m easy to get along with and keep the space clean and quiet.
