About the property: unfortunately, no dogs/cats allowed on the lease, LGBTQ+ friendly Rent: $930 (fixed utility rate included) Central AC, W&D in-unit, private and street parking available. Move-in date is flexible, available starting Dec 1.

The exterior includes a massive front/backyard dotted with flowers and trees, a deck, treehouse (!), and patio swing. The house itself gets great natural lighting, and has an upgraded bathroom and appliances. Walking distance of HEB/Fiesta, coffeehouses, restaurants, bars, and an Alamo Drafthouse. Gorgeous, lush neighborhood surrounded by nature.

What we are looking for in a roommate: A fully vaccinated person in their late 20s-30s who is interested in cultivating a positive, clean, and respectful living environment, values boundaries, keeps common areas relatively tidy and is happy to do their fair share. We’re most interested in finding someone who cares for the space, recognizes the importance of communication, and is open to sharing the occasional cup of tea or a meal together.
