Pics coming soon! (If you would like I can message you progress pics.) We are currently doing finishing touches on renovating a garage into its own separate living space. This listing will have 2 separate rooms, a bathroom with a shower, its own kitchen (with fridge, stove, sink, cabinets), and a dining area. It will have its own locks and entrance, and a lock inside to prevent access from the main part of the house. On the outside there is washer drier hookups for laundry. There will be one assigned parking space on driveway and plenty of street parking on this corner lot. All this will be private space for the renter.

We can provide a fridge , washer, and dryer or other furnishings upon request, but if you would like to bring your own, you are welcome to do that too. All utilities will be covered including internet. We are really laidback and the process is simple and straightforward. If you have any more questions or asks, let me know! We would like to start interviews and do viewings of property.

There may also be possibilities for a master bedroom or regular size room as well later on so be in the lookout for my posts!

We are hardly ever around and have many projects going on. When we aren’t doing that, we are working. Just very busy people. We respect everyones privacy and it will feel like we aren’t even there! Of course this listing is for its own separate space that only you will have access too. We really look forward to your replies!
