Stansbury Lake Drive

This is a bedroom on the third floor of the townhouse. It has a window with a front view of the community. It also has a closet. Bathroom is shared.

There are currently 2 people in the home. 1male 1 female. Parking is available. Laundry is in the basement of the house. No smoking, no pets, no couples and preferably no kids. You will need to show proof of income to move in. Move in date is on or after 02/06. Once interested you can fill our application form and background check is conducted. Security deposit and $first month’s rent is due on move in day. Rent is due the first of each month. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks
