This condo is honestly a steal. It’s a one bedroom so you would take the living room area as your “room” for less $$. Firm on $800. Utilities, internet, trash/recycling, water, sewer is all included! Shared kitchen, dining room, bathroom, big balcony, and in unit laundry. Includes Nest thermometer and Reverse Osmosis water filtration system.

The living “room” will be unfurnished but will have a divider provided. The dining room is furnished with a table, bench and chairs.

ISO someone who is clean, relatively quiet, and respectful. Female preferred. Non smoker. Must be ok with dogs- We’ve been working really hard with his training so it would be appreciated if you respected that as well! No cats (I’m allergic)*

I’m clean, chill, and respectful. The condo comes with me and my doggo (Jasper). I can keep him away from your space so we’re not intruding in any way. I was supposed to move in with my partner but he and I have split. To pay for this on my own is a bit of a stretch right now, which is why I’m looking for someone to split the cost.

I love anything outdoors including paddle boarding, biking, & picnicking. Also love to have a solid breathwork and meditation practice, clean non-toxic living, but can throw back a good sour beer. Mostly love to wind down and cozy up to a good book or show at the end of the day.
