One bedroom upstairs is available, including the loft area with a brand new microwave and a mini fridge in addition to the large ones in the kitchen. Two shared bathrooms with an Extra large shower room. Brand new desk and office chair. King bed, two hotel grade pillows, fresh bedding. Water, utilities, Wi-Fi are all included. Shared living room, TV, kitchen appliances, cookware, tableware, laundry and a large salt water pool. This is a smoke free and drama free home, cozy, clean, quiet and very relaxing. About the roomies
I’m the owner of the house and use only the space downstairs. There’re two bedrooms upstairs, one is rented to a pilot coach who works at the airport daily, he is quiet, very respectful and friendly, and not home often.
