The house is 2600 sq feet, 2-story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. The available room is approx 10x10 with a walk-in closet and an extra storage space behind the closet. This room is the second in the series of photos. The room is furnished (not with the furniture in the photo), but if you have your own furniture, you are welcome to use it. There is a wall-mounted TV if you want to use it. The upstairs bathroom is a shared bathroom but private in that it can be locked from both sides. You will have your own full-size refrigerator and you will have access to the kitchen and the downstairs half-bath as well as the game room. We are in a very nice, well-kept, quiet neighborhood, and literally just a few minutes from Lake Lewisville. Pets (small dogs or cats) are allowed, but no more than one pet, and the pet must stay in your room except when he/she needs to go out. Rental properties in this area go for $2,400/month and up.

My dad and I are very friendly and we love movies and such! One of the photos is of the theater room and the other is the game room right outside the upstairs bedroom. We both enjoy collectibles from our favorite shows and movies and we love going to conventions. I, myself, am a cosplayer. I enjoy video games and art and I am a college student; I will be transferring to UNT for a Media Arts major! Pets are welcome as long as they do okay around cats!
