Looking for a roommate for the spare bedroom in our home (3 bd - 2.5 bath) in north-central Austin. The neighborhood is super close to everything. 8–15-minute drive to wherever you want to go. You will get your own bathroom right next to the bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, desk, full-length mirror, TV, and two shelves. We can remove some of the furniture, but the bed has to stay. The rest of the house is also furnished/decorated. Security camera on premises as well as alarm system. You will also get a parking space in the driveway.

My partner and I live in the home with our two little dogs. (No more pets, please!) We share the master bedroom and the other bedroom is our office because we both work from home. We are in our late 20s-early 30s and very clean and responsible. We like to keep a clutter-free home. We are into arts and crafts, watching shows, cooking, and working out. We’re pretty low key and spend a lot of time at home. But on the other hand, we may sometimes be at my partner’s house since we do not live together full time. We are super friendly and would love to be your friend but will also respect your privacy.
