Lucy's room

I have one, room available that is furnished, 4 bed/2 bath house on 1 acre plus, in a beautiful area of Loxahachee, Florida. There’s parking available for one car/truck and plenty of privacy such as large back deck, a screened in Florida room, “mini barn fire pit in backyard”, Utilities included are- Basic Internet, water treatment (well water), landscaping, gated entry, FPL. You will, of course, be responsible for your own personal necessities, groceries, toiletries, towels, transportation, cable or Netflix, You’re allowed to ride horses, golf carts, on some of the roads, I just don’t have storage for either. There’s also plenty of sidewalks and streets for biking or walking. Close Lion Safari, Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, and Palm Beach Airport…, is nearby. Publix, Win Dixie, Wallgreens and a few other stores are approximately 5 minutes away. I have two outdoor working cats, so I don’t have the ability to safely house other pets.

Currently, there’s only 1 room available asking $1500 per person a month, (Or $1900 per month if two people are sharing a room), which still includes everything mentioned above.

***If additional parking is needed for an RV, boat, trailer etc…, I’m willing to rent out additional spaces. That pricing will be based on your needs.

I am easy to get along with and spend a lot of time doing yard work on weekends and mostly a clean freak. I’m a professional and work mostly from home. As this is a shared home, I won’t tolerate people who are disrespectful, not clean or untrustworthy so a background check with proper identification is a must. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. I will provide more information and more pictures to serious inquiries only.
