Loremar's room

Along with my brother, we own a duplex. It’s perpendicular to the road. On the side closest to the road, we have tenants and the other is where I live. Since it’s perpendicular I have the yard side in the back. We have a car port that allows for 2 cars to be parked in a covered area, mine being one of them. We have added space due to the huge yard where we rent some spots for parking. Space for company to park in case of it. New washer and dryer will be installed. Storage space is being built along with a covered area in the back yard to have for summer days. Duplex space itself is decent for 2 people to live comfortably. You’ll have your own room, however we do share a bathroom.

I’m 30 yrs old. Single woman. If I’m not at work or with family, I’m usually a home body. I’m very clean and expect shared spaces (kitchen, living room bathroom) to stay clean to be courteous to one another. Besides cleaning after yourself, I expect to have cleaning chores shared to keep up with cleanliness in shared areas. Cleaning supplies expenses will be spilt between us both to be fair. I don’t mind company over, just let me know ahead of time to be respectful and courteous to me. I will do the same. I don’t mind if you smoke weed as long as it’s outside and you throw the bud in the garbage. Don’t mind cats as long as they are cleaned after and don’t get on the couch unless they have a blanket they can sit on do the fur doesn’t get on the couch. The neighbors nor I are loud people so prefer someone who isn’t loud as well.
