I am renting the guest bedroom in my newly remodeled condo located in the heart of Golden Hill. Vey quiet and well kept building walking distance to many Golden Hill shops, parks and restaurants. Room is medium size and the guest bathroom will be yours. There is plenty of street parking, but room includes one side by side parking spot in garage.

Looking for a roommate that does not work from home, is clean ,quiet and respectful. I am very easy going and do not spend a ton of time at home, but looking for a roommate that is independent, clean, friendly and respectful. Lease is for six months and then we can go month to month from then.
