Large bedroom for rent in a nice neighborhood. Just a ten minute walk from downtown Geneva, parking available on the street, shared access to the rest of the house, which includes the kitchen, living room, ping pong room, pool table room, basement and attic availible for extra storage if needed. The back yard has a W.I.P patio with stairs down to a small deck next to castle creek, with a short walk to the park and public tennis courts.

I am currently the only occupant as previous roommates moved out several months ago, my name is Ethan, i’m 21 and have lived here for 3 years now, i can be a little messy i.e not washing dishes right away and being somewhat unorganized with storing my things, but i randomly get in ADHD fueled cleaning moods which helps out big time.(The bathroom is always clean though) But other than that i’m a pretty go with the flow type of person, i like pretty much any music, and enjoy photography, gaming, and whatever else peaks my interest from day to day.
