Ocean Bay Drive

Looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (non-smoker, no pets, and no kids living with you). You would have your own private bedroom & bathroom that is at the opposite end of the condo from the owner’s bedroom. The bedroom has a bed, bookcase, and TV already in it for you to use. There is also a closet in the bedroom. You have your own private bathroom, which is attached to the bedroom. You must be up-to-date on all your COVID vaccines/boosters. The rent will be month to month for the first two months. If things work out, renter will sign a six month rental agreement.

I am a 46 year old female. I own the condo. I have two indoor cats. I have had several roommates in the past. In the winter, I do like to keep the heat up in the condo. I love the neighborhood I live in. It is a very quiet neighborhood. In addition to living in a great neighborhood, you also have access to the three community pools and in the Ocean Lakes neighborhood.
