Hi! This is an awesome living opportunity in a very clean and safe part of Fair Oaks, CA. The studio is a 3 min drive from the Fair Oaks Village & American River, also walking distance from a very nice park and farmer’s market on Tuesday mornings. Plenty of restaurants, gyms, and shopping very close by. The neighborhood is very quiet with great neighbors all looking out for each other, it’s a great place to live.

The 500 square ft. studio was recently remodeled with new floors, paint, can lighting, bathroom, kitchen etc. Your own Washer & Dryer are included with plenty of room for storage. The space is located at the back of a .25 acre property with a huge yard! Very private with its own entrance. All utilities are included - Wifi, Trash, Water, Electricity, Gas, Landscaping, etc.

The studio is ideally suited for one & and I may consider an animal based on the right candidate.

My Name is Elliot, I own the property and live in the main home on site. I am in my early 30’s and travel about 50% of the time, so the tenant living in the studio has a lot of privacy. Even when I am home, I like to keep to myself and enjoy my re-charge time. You have a private entrance and I don’t even know that you are there! This is nice so that we can both enjoy our own private space. Occasionally I will host a bbq or wine dinner, and you are welcome to join!
