Unique, live in helper. Finished basement room and reduced rent in exchange for: cleaning house 2x/month, weekly laundry for 1 male (wash, dry, fold), keep house organized (male is messy/disorganized), food shopping/errands, shoveling in light snow, assisting older male who is hard of hearing and losing his close-up sight with occasional task(s). Furnished: queen size bed, futon or leather couch, flat screen tv, desk, bookshelf (own refrigerator available and area to set up microwave, 2 burner cooker if you would like). Utilities: electric, oil and water will be split 3 ways. Internet/wifi included. Stable employment verification, 2 professional and 2 personal references and light background check required for all applicants.

60 year old professional male on the main floor. 10 month old puppy that barks, very friendly and trained. 55 year old professional old female on the 2nd floor, cat owner, works a lot. Both are quiet, peaceful homebodies, no parties, drug free, currently no overnight guests.
