Hello Stamford Friends 👋🏽

I am looking for someone to take over my master bedroom in a 2Bed/2Bath apartment in Stamford starting in March 2023. The building is the Eastside Commons at 850 east Main Street. The location is really close to downtown and conveniently located near the I-95 and Metro North Station.

The master bedroom is massive and includes en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, and outdoor patio. Please see below for pictures. The apartment has a washer/dryer inside and a nice kitchen that has an island. The apartment complex has a gym, package room, and free garage parking.

My share of the rent is $1200 + ~100 in amenities (electric/ WiFi). So all in $1,300. a steal for this quality of apartment in the ever more expensive Stamford downtown area. If my job in NYC wasn’t requiring me to be in the office everyday I would have stayed put.

Please let me know if you are interested! 1st month and security equals means you will need $2,400 to move in. The lease runs through the end of August but renewing is possible. Our landlord is a gem. Thank you and let me know if you have any questions or would like to see the room in-person.

My roommate is a 27 year old male who works in healthcare and is friendly but also keeps to himself.
