Currently looking for someone to rent one of my rooms. Chill n quiet newly built neighborhood! You would have ur own room w access to private bathroom. Common areas are the Kitchen, living room, n laundry room. Rent is $800 plus utilities. Security deposit of $300(this is a holding fee just incase of move out there is damage to the property) the security is refundable if there was no damage. I do create a legal document so everything will be listed on there as well.No pets

I’m looking for a responsible adult who will keep common areas clean and that will keep up with daily cleaning such as taking the trash out etc. I work full time so I’m not home majority of the time so if ur chill n clean we should get along good! 💌I’m looking someone that needs a space and that is kind and friendly!
