The location is great, in a new community with a trail right across the street and amenity center within walking distance (gym, pool, working spaces). The house is 10 minutes from the airport and 17 minutes from downtown Austin.

Roommates have access to all common spaces. Utilities are all included (water, electric, gas, and high speed fiber internet).

I am a recent UT grad, currently a product manager. I grew up in New York and moved to Texas for school/work. I am not home very often as I travel a lot between Austin, Houston, and New York. I like to keep my home clean and I am looking for a clean and respectful roommate to share the space with.
