3rd bedroom of a 3 bedroom unit. The building is a refurbished house in Uptown with 4 total units (and a carriage house,) and a beautiful porch outside. Upstairs living space and kitchen are furnished, bedroom is not. The bedrooms are located downstairs. Central heating goes throughout the building, window AC units. 2 bathrooms are shared between 3 roommates.

Neighborhood is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to live in the city, centrally located between the heart of Uptown and Downtown. Walkable to lakes, greenway, restaurants, retail, etc. Bus stops galore, (and cheap Uber/Lyft everywhere in Minneapolis.) Despite the central location, it is far enough away from busy streets and is never a high traffic area.

We are pretty laid back roommates, I work M-F 9 to 5 from home most days, but sometimes in the office, and am out of the place most weekend days. It is mostly just me and one other roommate, and sometimes my girlfriend will be over. We don’t throw parties or anything, and the house is a nice, quiet place to live.
