Fully renovated garage. Has queen size bed, dresser and room for another dresser or whatever space you need. Has private entrance/exit through gate. No central air/heat but has a small window unit that can get really cold and could put a small floor heater if needed. Has pool and screen enclosure. Close to shopping, I95 and area hospitals/churches.

Layed back mid 60s couple, mostly retired homebodies. Smoke outside. 2 smaller adopted dogs that will warm up to you quickly. Quiet area, friendly neighbors!
