Available mid-February Hello, I have 1 room for rent including WIFI & utilities + access to all common areas for $600/mo. 3 girls currently live in the home, looking for a 4th female roommate. Bathroom is spacious and will be shared with 2 other girls. We have varied schedules which has worked well with the shared spaces.

• Entire home newly remodeled, new HVAC/plumbing/water heater/paint/flooring/carpet, new appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, plenty of street parking available.
• We are in our 20’s-30’s, respectful, clean, responsible, friendly, quiet, and easy-going!
• Very conveniently located.
• Quiet and calm household. (Quiet hours 12am-7/8am).
• Clean, responsible, respectful, cordial, and considerate please.
• Covid-responsible (fully vaccinated)
• No smoking, drugs, or work-from-home please.
• Single occupancy (no animals, children, or couples).
• Occasional guest OK as long as you are both respectful and considerate. My partner of 10 years flies in once every 1-2 months on weekends. We are quiet and keep to ourselves. I do ask of the same if you have a guest. Appliances (kitchen & laundry) are reserved for roommates only.
• 6 month lease (preference for a desired length of stay of at least 1 year), monthly income 3x rent.
