If you are looking to kick back, relax, and feel safe, this is the place for you! We are in the hills of North Redding, just 10mins from down town. It is rare that we see the police! I have 6 Ring Cams that keep an “eye” on what is going on.

I am offering a Furnished Private Bedroom with a private bathroom that is next to the bedroom at $200 per week. (See photos) It has a twin size bed. In the bedroom, there is a flat screen Fire TV with Netflix, Hulu and more, relax and enjoy.

This room rents week to week, 1 year max.

You must have a job, a working vehicle and ID.

I am willing to take $10 to $25 per week off the rent if you are willing to run small errands and/or do small repairs.

Rent includes all utilities, WiFi, laundry room and kitchen privileges. Don’t have to be a clean freak, but you do need to clean up after yourself and not be a total slob!

NO smoking in the house but you can light up outside in the comfort of the large screen-in porch. There you will find a BioLite FirePit and more!!! It is a GREAT place to relax!!!

Kitchen privileges include space in the refrigerator, freezer, Air Fryer and mic-o-wave. What does not go into the kitchen is to be stored in your room. (There is ample space there.)

Cooking utensils and kitchen equipment are furnished. Linens, towels and bedding are furnished. Food, paper items and personal items are NOT furnished.

Bottom line…Do you need a place to stay, relax and feel safe, this is the place? This might be the place you are looking for.
