I will provide a bed and a dresser, if you desire… no overnight guests, criminal background check/and credit check must be clear for the last 3 years…renter’s insurance with property address included is required. Most times (90%) you will have the house to yourself as I work out of state 3/4 weeks each month.
About the roomies
No illegal drugs, no whores visiting or overnight, no guest without 1 week prior notice and a bonafide ID for background check. Lawton Police Dept is authorized by the owner to do wellness checks on the property at anytime. I am happy to welcome clean, upright and honest people to use my home as needed.
