Zachary's room

This is a three-story townhouse in the Lee’s Hill subdivision right down the road from the Germanna college campus. The furnished room is on the basement level with immediate access to the backyard and a small garage gym. A private half bathroom is on the same floor and a shared full bathroom is on the third floor. There is a leasing agreement that we would go over together that outlines all the specifics.

My girlfriend and I are preferably looking for someone closer to our age (20s) who shares our enthusiasm for crafting and holiday décor - a friend rather than just a roommate. We have two cats, however we unfortunately do have some limitations on allowing certain pets due to allergies.

I work from home a majority of the time, though I do leave town occasionally for work trips.
