Looking to rent out two good sized rooms with closets in my Portsmouth home. 4 bedroom 2,200 sq ft house with 2 1/2 bath and a huge yard. Big driveway that can fit 4 cars as well as street parking. Full access to the house, kitchen, washer/dryer, heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, exercise equipment, fireplace, internet, backyard and living room. Student friendly. No drugs. No Males. No active duty military, nothing personal just a preference, vets and ex military are fine though. Smoking outside is fine. Would have to sign a 12 month lease. Would share a bathroom with my son and the other roommate who moves in. One room is slightly bigger than the other, up to you guys to figure that out. The home is in a safe cul de sac neighborhood that’s perfect for running or jogging. Plenty of stores and restaurants within minutes. Call or text for any information, questions or pictures.

25 year old full time student and father. I live in this home with my two year old son, I am the primary caretaker for him and he’s in my care about 90% of the time. Other than going to school I pretty much just keep to my self and take care of my son due to childcare in the area being impossible to find. Me and my sons mother are amicable and co parent just fine, she’s just not around much due to her being active duty military. The only reason I am asking for woman only, is because I live with my small child and well statistics. Obviously, I would have to get to know you first and kind of feel you out due to me bringing a stranger into a home with my child. I would like to have similar likes and interest.
