Room available in two story townhouse in a gated community with a small backyard, 2 bedrooms - each with their own bathroom - and a 1/2 bath on the first floor. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished, but I encourage the tenant to bring their own cooking supplies. The kitchen counters are newly installed granite, and the wood floors are also new. I use a gas fireplace in the living as the primary source of heat. Although I do have electric baseboard heating, I prefer to use the fireplace to save on energy costs. We have an AC unit to use in the summer. W/S/G included in rent. Washer and dryer in unit. Garage attached, but I (landlord and current tenant) use it. Some storage space available. The complex has a pool and workout room and is close to the golf course, shopping centers and access to SR 167. There are two dogs (1 puppy) who will also be your roommates, so if you don’t like dogs, you probably won’t like living here.

I am 25 years old and work as a Producer for Kiro news. I work 5 am to 1 pm. My dogs are like my kids. I prefer that the kitchen be kept tidy and any dirt or leaves tracked in are expected to be taken care of the same day.
