Hello everyone! Unfurnished master bedroom available for rent in this beautiful three story condo. This is a two bed condo, I occupy the downstairs bedroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. There is a walk-in closet across from the bathroom. Private bathroom. Dual sinks and mirrors. Ceiling fan in bedroom. There is a tv mount in the room. Home has central heat and air.

Garage parking! You can park your vehicle next to mine in the garage. Unassigned parking is also available around the property. Washer and dryer is located in the garage. There is a water filtration system for the entire home.

Engineered hardwood floors all throughout the home. Tile in the kitchen and dining area. You’ll have access to all the common areas, balcony, kitchen, etc. This is a gated community. The pool is right next to the home. Typical HOA rules and all that jazz, nothing too crazy. You are more than welcome to have guests over, just no crazy parties and such.

I am a huge animal person, but unfortunately no additional pets allowed. There are two Guinea pigs that I keep in the office and one dog. She is a 10 month old small Shepard mix. I rescued her in Texas, Christmas 2023. She is high energy, but a sweetheart. There is a dog gate to prevent her from going upstairs.
