○One unfurnished room for rent in a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse. Has a shared balcony and bathroom. Beautiful veiws from balcony and downtown visable at night. Closet doors available if wanted. Current tenant like the look without them so we stored them in the garge.

●Move in available February 10th.

○Rent is $750 a month plus utilities. $750 deposit.

●Month to month lease with option to go to 6 month lease as long as everything goes well the first few months.

○ No pets. We already have 3 dogs.

● Single occupant only. No couples.

○Credit and background check required.

● A little about the townhouse: 2 car garage plus drive way. We have 2 fridges and a small backyard. Washer and dryer in unit. Located at McCarran and Kings Row. Super quite neighborhood with HOA that handles the property and exterior maintenance. So many pretty trails to walk both in and out of the association. 5 min drive from UNR and freeway. Great side of town and very conveniently located!

*Disclaimers: We have been redoing the house one project at a time. First we removed the popcorn ceilings, textured the whole house, now painting one room at a time. All new windows just installed 2 months ago. The deck is getting replaced in the next 2 months. We plan on replacing the flooring and redoing the kitchen. We just want to make sure that whoever moves in understands it is a work in progress for us.

○A little about us: We are both in our mid/late 20’s. I’m a Practice Manger for an optometry office. He is an Operations Manager and working on his CDL. We been together for 3 years and have 3 dogs. We are both clean people and prefer a roommate that is like minded. We are very easy going and hard working people. We are LGBT and 4/20 friendly. No cigarette smokers.
