Shakeil's room

Looking for a temporary renter for a spare room in my house. It will be coming furnished and includes internet. You would have access to the common areas of the house also (kitchen, media room, living room, backyard and a shared bathroom) I do have a 10yr old lab mix who is great with people and another renter/dog who keeps to himself.

I am 29yrs old and work about 55-60hrs/weekly. My roommate is in his early 30s and works as well, during the daytime.
