Altoona Place Southwest

Hi, I have one room left available in the house I own for a great older student or young professional. Preferably someone who is clean and responsible and awesome.

It’s in West View (Southwest ITP). One block from the west beltline, with an easy walk to some food places and breweries (Boxcar, Monday Night Garage). It has a great commute to Ga Tech, GSU, Midtown, Downtown Atlanta, etc. You can put Altoona Pl SW Westview in your google maps to see the spot.

There’s a backyard for guests, a solid kitchen for cooking, easy street parking, and a big basement for your junk.

The rent is $800 (+ split up utilities capped at $100). No smoking or pets (sorry I’m allergic :().

The bathroom would be mostly private, however there is a room attached to to the bathroom being used as an art studio during the day time (not mornings/evenings).

A little more about me: I like reading, hiking, weight lifting, and Thai red curry with beef. More of a homebody myself but happy to be around socialites. I am a young professional myself (25 years old).

The roomies are: Me (Matthew 25yo), Karla (24yo), Brad (26yo), Andrea (28yo). I’m a programmer, Karla is a jewelry artist, Brad is an electrical engineering PHd student, and Andrea is a stunt woman (like in the movies 😮). So all over the place. All are very cool and clean and chill. We’re all buddies so we’d love someone we could get along with.
