These are twin master bedrooms, each with PRIVATE BATHROOM. Full size washer and dryer in unit! There is one garage space and I have a parking permit for a second vehicle as well.

Trash and water included- you will just be responsible for wifi and electricity!

This is a gorgeous, upscale, well-maintained gated community with easy access to ASU, Scottsdale, Tempe Marketplace, dining, nightlife, the airport, and anything else you could want. The community features a resort style heated pool (and second smaller pool) and hot tub.

The condo features an outdoor patio and comes fully furnished with queen beds with ultra-comfy foam mattress toppers in each bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, sofa, and brand new 50 inch smart TV. Wifi signal is phenomenal in the unit.
