Thanks for looking at my ad, I currently have a room for rent in my home. the room is ready for immediate movin after we meet and show the room. The room is available to see, I typically have weeknights and weekends open to meet the applicants and show the room.

Im asking $650 a month, the room is medium sized at approx. 12ft x 12ft, which includes a very large double door closet see picture. There is a private bathroom just outside the bedroom door see picture, you literally walk out the door and turn left and you are in the bathroom with a shower/tub combo, toilet, full vanity w/ sink. This is primarily your bathroom but sometimes my guests may use it. All utilities are included, as well as access to my high speed internet w/wifi. washing machine and dryer in the garage. storage in kitchen, and some space in garage for totes, two refrigerators (one is in the garage), access to full kitchen *must clean up after yourself *full set of utensils, pots and pans, plates and silverware Large front yard and large backyard with covered patio back yard is very private with ivy grown over most of the fence off street parking with cameras on the outside of the home. central air and heat, i do keep my home very cool even in the winter. ceiling fan in the room.

Super close to 99 at golden gate ave exit. no smoking, no drugs, no pets, single occupancy, verifiable steady income source required. month to month agreement. working responsible clean honest respectful person needed. $400 deposit + first month due at the start. I DO NOT CHARGE A APPLICATION FEE.

im a huge gamer and overall nerd, and i welcome fellow gamers or streamers as long as the noise levels dont keep me awake at night.
