Rashema's room

*South Austin 78748 Hey I’m Rashema I have a room for rent. $850 all bills paid. The room is a separate master bed room in my house with its own entrance in/out. It has a half bath in the room as well. The shower and kitchen are in main house. Room is 900 sq ft. We have a cat and dog in the house already so preferably no pets but open to exceptions. We are looking for someone who is clean, on time with rent, considerate, responsible, and respectful. I live here with my 2 kids and 1 other roomate who is a musician. We are booth respectful of each other’s time and space. We have a large backyard avaiable that can be used for various projects. Parking is right by the front door. We are on the edge of the Austin border in south Austin still close to many things. The neighborhood is very quite safe and peaceful. *Room can be furnished or unfurnished

My name is Rashema I have 2 daughters 10 and 17 and we live here with another roomate named Mike. We are creative and do a lot of crafts. We travel alot and spend alot of time outside, we also spend alot of time at home. My daughter go to school during the week and I work during the day.
