About the room
What’s great about this room is that it is located in Pine Island Ridge, a beautiful and very safe community off 595 and Pine Island Road. There are plenty of trails to walk and it’s 10 minutes away from Nova, FAU and FIU in Davie. It’s also walking distance to Publix, Youfit, Dunkin’ Donuts, gas station, etc. You pretty much have it all in this great community.
No cats or dogs.
There are plenty of walking paths to run/ride your bike and access to a pool .
About the roomies
I’m a female business professional who works 7:30-4:00pm, Monday through Friday. My home is a sanctuary to come and relax from the rush of the day. I am calm and have a warm home, and would like someone that is looking for a place where she can feel comfortable and at ease. I don’t do drugs, have an active lifestyle and respect privacy and order.
