About the room
307 Whitridge is a fully furnished 5 bedroom/2 bathroom (with walk-in showers) townhome on a quiet block in the great neighborhood of Charles Village, home to Baltimore’s famous “painted ladies”. It is within walking distance of the Johns Hopkins Homewood campus, the Baltimore Museum of Art and many great restaurants. The free Hopkins shuttle that runs to the medical campus every few minutes is three blocks away. The neighborhood is ethnically diverse and welcoming to all. The room is small but has a closet, twin bed and a large chest of drawers. A skylight brings in plenty of natural light. The full bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub) is shared with the occupants of the front and rear bedrooms, currently men.
The first floor has a living room and new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with cookware, plates, silverware, etc. The shared washer and dryer are in the basement for your use. You can also use the front porch, back deck and yard as well. All utilities, water and Wi-Fi are included.
About the roomies
There are two Hopkins grad students, a cab driver and man who works in manufacturing. All are pretty busy with their work and get along very well. You would be a welcome addition to the household.
