I have a second private bedroom that I’m looking to fill. You’d have full access to the rest of the townhouse including fully furnished kitchen, living area, deck, and onsite laundry, etc. Dogs are allowed on the property subject to management approval. I’m located near west 38 and zuck road it is a short drive to downtown Erie and all of the local attractions while being far enough outside of town that you don’t really have to worry about crime. Within easy driving distance of Gannon and LECOM. You will have to be approved by management and added to the lease but would be paying me directly so don’t let the price scare you. We can negotiate on that a bit so feel free to reach out and see if we can work something out.

I’m a Tools Admin/Software Tester that works mostly from home and have one small dog. I’m often home and do cook daily, but love to go adventure on the weekend or enjoy a good drink. I keep a fairly clean house and expect that you do the same.
