This is a shared home in a very quiet community outside of Salt Lake City. It is a four bedroom home. I rent out two of the rooms and reside in one myself, so there are only ever three people sharing the home. We like to keep the house on the quiet side, and prefer to not have a lot of guests so that everyone feels free in the whole house all the time without having to adjust to strangers. We do not mind an occasional visitor, but prefer that it be approved by everyone before bringing them over. The home is located in a very quiet area, so if you are looking for a peaceful place, this is it. I do not accept men, children, or couples, so please do not ask.

I am the owner of the house, and I am a retail manager at a major pet store. I like to rent to people who are school or career focused, and have goals in place that they are striving to achieve. The home is quiet enough to be a fantastic place for studying or relaxing after stressful work days. My current roommate is 23 years old and works as an ASL interpreter. We are both clean and organized, and share general cleaning duties around the house, but always clean up after ourselves immediately when using shared areas such as the kitchen or bathroom. I do have a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, pots and pans etc that anyone is welcome to use. The common rooms are also furnished and welcome to everyone. We share responsibility buying common items like cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper and whatnot. I do also have a walking treadmill and elliptical machine that are free for use. Utilities not included that are shared responsibility between tenants are electric, gas, and internet. All others are paid for by the landlord.
