Available now is a 17 x 12 (204 sq feet) master BR (“MBR”) with OWN private bathroom (for house-sharing with furnished living room) in a commuter-friendly 4-story 4 BR, 3 1/2 BA, 2262 sf luxury townhouse (for high-quality living) in a safe neighborhood and community next to the bustling Kelly drive and near historic Manayunk and scenic Fairmount Park (which is great for outdoors).

The MBR is currently unfurnished, and can be furnished prior to moving-in.

I am an off-site owner (of this luxury 4-story 4br 3.5 ba rental townhouse) who set up this rental townhouse as house-sharing house. The basement unit is suite separate and relatively independent from the three floors of upstairs. This room is one of the three rooms of upstairs and the common areas (like kitchen and living room) are on the first floor.

I only took in tenants (housemates) having good or high credit scores, which are indicia of being responsible. This approach, which I used all along for many years, has proven to be, besides other amenities of the townhouse, a big plus for a prospect having similar excellent credentials. It has been proven time after time for the past many years in this townhouse that housemates all with excellent credentials tend to be reliable, responsible, considerate, and cause less or even no major controversies, which is key to a pleasant experience when living in a house-sharing environment. Currently, there are two such excellent female housemates (both being students in professional schools) in their 20s occupying the other two rooms, who will be your new housemates if you are like them (in terms of having excellent credentials) and appreciate the pleasant and clean environment this townhouse provides and offers.
