Both of them have proven to be responsible, considerate, and courteous. With their taking care of the townhouse so meticulously, the townhouse is immaculately clean, which, with other amenities, creates a comfortable and luxury living environment. I am an off-site owner (of this luxury 4-story 4br 3.5 ba rental townhouse) who set up this rental townhouse as house-sharing house. This room is one of the three rooms of upstairs and the common areas (like kitchen and living room) are on the first floor. Currently, two other housemates (who are living upstairs) are in their mid or late 20’s. They both have high credit scores, which are indicia of being responsible. They have been responsible housemates and getting along very well with each other and a previous housemate (who previously occupied this room).
