Occupying tenant of this room will share a beautiful full bathroom (on the second floor) with the current tenant occupying the room on the third floor. Currently, there are two other female housemates (both being students in professional schools) in their mid or late 20s living in the townhouse. Both of them have proven to be responsible, considerate, and courteous. With their taking care of the townhouse so meticulously, the townhouse is immaculately clean, which, with other amenities, creates a comfortable and luxury living environment. They have been responsible housemates and getting along very well with each other and a previous housemate (who previously occupied this room).
