Looking for a clean, dependable and responsible roomate. Someone who understands that cohabiting can be difficult and is willing to communicate to make the experience seamless. Cat and dog friendly for a small $50 one time fee , although there are some breed restrictions placed by the HOA. 6 month lease minimum.
